Can water ruin my carpet??

For my carpet to try, how long will it take?
Drying time is determined by humidity levels, airflow to the room(s) cleaned, and the type of carpet. Generally speaking, turning on your air conditioning or heating system (depending on the time of year and your location) will help speed the process. Yet it typically takes 2-24 hours for the carpet to dry, you can walk on it as soon as we are finished (just don’t forget to remove street shoes first to avoid re-soiling.
Does cleaning my carpet makes it soil faster?

How long do I have to wait after cleaning to let my children or pets on the carpet?

Our basic cleaning solution is similar to a laundry detergent. As a general rule though, keep your children and pets from lying or playing on wet carpet.
Do I need to move my furniture before the cleaning crew arrives?
Yes/No. It is not necessary to move all the furniture before cleaning. Some pieces such as bookcases, entertainment centers, dressers, beds, etc. that always reside in the same place really don’t need to be moved. Furniture that is moved around due occasionally rearranging a room may be moved so that the carpet underneath can be cleaned. Please note that our crews do not move furniture. It is the customer’s responsibility to move furniture if needed. We do suggest you remove any breakable items from table tops, etc. prior to the start of cleaning.
I am required to be home while my carpet is being cleaned?
It is not required that you be home while your carpet is cleaned because we are thoroughly trained professionals you can rely on. In order to provide the best possible service, we recommend that someone be home before we begin cleaning to discuss any specific areas of concern regarding the care and cleaning of your carpet.
Can I have both my area rug and the carpet that it sits on cleaned at the same time?
Yes. However, the area rug cannot remain over the wet carpet to dry. The area rug must be taken to another area, such as outside or a clean solid surface, to dry.
What should I do if the stains that were cleaned reappear?
Most stains that are removed from carpet do not reappear but deep stains in carpet backing may wick back to the surface.
